Section (B) Acknowledgement of Agreement

I hereby warrant and represent that I am an authorized representative of the Subscriber duly authorized to enter into this agreement with Isuzu FleetValue. The Subscriber agrees to the "Terms of Use" set forth at Isuzu e-stores EULA. I understand that after the initial term of this agreement has expired, this agreement will continue in full force and effect until 30 days written notice of termination is provided by the Subscriber to Isuzu FleetValue, via e-mail and acknowledged by Isuzu FleetValue, or else sent to Isuzu FleetValue, via certified mail. Subscriber agrees that monthly fees shall commence upon notification Isuzu FleetValue that subscriber’s website is ready for activation.
